Delete Your Heaven Wallet Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Heaven Wallet account directly from the app, or by contacting our support team below.

Before you delete — please note

Your wallet's private keys and recovery phrase are kept only on your device. Heaven never holds them, so deleting your account removes them from your device and nobody can restore them for you
Back up your recovery phrase first. Your funds stay on the blockchain at your wallet address, and the recovery phrase is the only way back to them
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by the store. Deleting your account does not cancel them, so cancel in your store's subscription settings

Delete in-app (recommended)

Open Heaven Wallet

Launch the app on your device and sign in to your account.

Open Wallet Settings

On the Assets page, tap the settings (gear) icon to open Wallet Settings.

Choose Delete Account

Scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion

Confirm that you have your recovery phrase written down, then confirm the deletion. If the app asks you to sign in again first, do so and try again. Once your account is deleted, the wallet is removed from your device.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email our support team from the address associated with your account. Please include your registered email and write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.

Email Support

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. To have the rest of the data we hold about you removed, email us as described above. Blockchain transaction records are immutable and remain on-chain; we cannot delete public ledger data. For questions, contact support@heavenwallet.app.
