Subscription Terms

What the subscription gives you

Heaven Wallet Pro unlocks:

• COVR device-binding security — your account bound to your device, with PIN confirmation before high-value actions such as sending funds
• Priority access to Pro features as they are released
• An ad-free experience across the app

The core wallet remains fully usable without a subscription. Pro adds a security and convenience layer; it is not required to access, hold, send or recover your funds.

Billing and auto-renewal

These are the terms Apple requires us to state clearly, and which we want stated clearly anyway:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at $2.89 per month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple.

The 30-day free trial

• The free trial is available to new subscribers only.
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid monthly subscription and your Apple ID is charged.
• If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the current period, and you keep Pro until that period expires.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Heaven. We cannot issue, process or reverse a charge made through the App Store. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Where you have a statutory right to cancel or to a refund under your local consumer law, that right applies regardless of anything on this page.

Licence

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Heaven Wallet Pro features on devices you own or control, for as long as the subscription is active and in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not sublicense, resell, rent or share your subscription, or attempt to circumvent the entitlement checks that gate Pro features.

Changes

We may change the price or the features included in Heaven Wallet Pro. A price increase never takes effect on an existing subscription without notice and, where Apple requires it, your explicit consent — if you do not consent, the subscription simply does not renew at the new price. We will tell you in the app before any material change takes effect.
